TO SUBMIT:
Make sure that you prepare your manuscript in accordance with the IEEE specifications. You can download Microsoft Word and/or Latex templates from this website.
Once ready, you can proceed and submit your manuscript here (you may have to create an "EasyChair" account, if you do not have one already).
The submissions should contain original, high quality work that has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration at another venue. All manuscripts should be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. Submissions should be typeset in accordance to the IEEE format (single-spaced text, two columns, Times Roman font, point size 10, and not more than 6 pages).
Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed and if accepted they will be selected for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation. All manuscripts should be submitted by the end of the day January 08, 2010 January 22, 2010.
