We have made arrangements with two of the hotels in the area that have reserved blocks of rooms for conference attendees. Please make your arrangements by April 30, 2010 - the room blocks will be released after that date and the below rate cannot be guaranteed.
The two hotels are:
1) Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel ($119/night for conference attendees). This is a historic hotel in the Rittenhouse Square area, an easy few minute walk from the conference venue; its exact address is: 1701 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. You can make arrangements by contacting the hotel directly at 215.735.6000 or toll free at 800.333.3333 and refer to the Thomas Jefferson University Room Block to get the conference rate.
2) Holiday Inn Express Midtown ($119/night for conference attendees). The hotel is a few blocks from the conference venue and its exact address is: 1305 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. You can make arrangements by contacting the hotel directly at 215.735.9300 and mention the name of the conference in order to get the conference rate.
