Registration and payment for this conference are electronic. Registration payments will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer).

Before submitting your registration please ensure that you have read and understood the payment and cancellation policies outlined below. 

For all papers that have been accepted for oral or poster presentation, at least one of the listed authors must be registered for the conference by Friday, April 09th, 2010. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of the paper from the conference program. 

The fee structure is shown below – all figures are in US Dollars. For each registered person, the fees include admission to the conference sessions (an additional fee is required to register for tutorials/workshops), coffee breaks, access to the welcome reception and the social events, and a copy of the Proceedings (CD ROM).

Important Notes:
a) The final version of all accepted papers can be up to 6 pages (in two-column, IEEE format). The cost of additional pages beyond the first 6 will be $150/page for up to four additional pages (i.e. the maximum allowed length of an accepted paper cannot exceed 6+4=10 pages)

b) The IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members in good standing at the time of registration - visit www.ieee.org/join to join. Upon registration, IEEE members will be asked to provide their Member Identification Number (in the registration form). If registering on-site, be prepared to show your IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.

c) Students will be asked to show a copy of their student card or any document certifying their student status.

d) The conference organization can issue official invitation letters for visa purposes ONLY after your registration and your payment has been confirmed.
